Hi, I'm Jess and I always used to struggle with blemishes, especially hormonal flare ups.
Although I still get the occasional spot (because - who doesn't?!), I wanted to share the skin care ritual which has made my skin so much clearer and smoother.
This quick video shows my evening routine, which I do 3 times a week:
Step #1 - Remove any make-up and cleanse thoroughly with 47 Skin Everyday cleanser, making sure you reach into every crevice of your face. This means there will be no bacteria creeping under your mask when you apply it!
Step #3 - Peel off your mask carefully, starting at the edges. If you can peel it off in one go, then you are clearly incredible, because I never manage to!
Step #4 - Rinse off any residue (very important, as you don't want any sticky bits left on your face). Apply Anti-Blemish & Scar Repair serum, for a silky smooth finish.
For my daily routine (morning and evening), I always cleanse twice with Everyday cleanser, as I feel like it really gets rid of all the dirt and any grease.
I then follow with serum and SPF 30 moisturiser in the day. In the evening, I use an anti-wrinkle night cream after applying my serum. I also always let my serum sink in for at least 5 minutes before I moisturise to make sure I get the most out of it!
