Always had acne as a teen; in my twenties it was a little better, then back with a vengeance in my thirties.

Tried doctor’s treatments which worked but left terrible scarring. Had horrible flare-ups.

Discovered 47 Skin this year; my skin tone is much more even, scarring reduced, and flare-ups are fewer.

I’m realistic — nothing will make them go 100%, but this is what I’ve been looking for for years.

I now have the face wash too and have asked all my family members for it for Christmas!

I’ve had skin issues since I was about 15, and blemishes and dark spots were a constant struggle for me. Over time, it really affected my confidence and led to a lot of stress and anxiety. I was always aware of my skin and how it looked, especially when going out or meeting new people.

I tried everything I could think of, from DIY treatments to expensive skincare products and even a chemical peel. I spent years searching for something that would help, but nothing ever seemed to make a real difference, and it was exhausting constantly feeling disappointed.

I came across 47 Skin while researching products for blemish-prone skin. I was hesitant at first, but when I tried the Anti-Blemish Serum, I really liked how it felt. The consistency was perfect, not too thick, and it didn’t irritate my skin at all. After around four weeks, I started to notice my skin looking more balanced, and over time it continued to improve.

I’ve now been using it consistently for a few months, and my skin has never felt better. For the first time, people even started complimenting my skin, which meant so much to me. Skin confidence now means being able to go out without makeup and feel happy with how my skin looks. Staying patient and consistent has made all the difference for me.

My skin journey started around Year 9 when it began to get bad, and by Year 10 I was trying loads of different products, but most of them either made my skin worse or did nothing, which made me feel disheartened and like it would never get better.

My main concerns were acne, constant breakouts, and scarring, and every time my skin started to clear, I would break out again within a week, which was really frustrating. I didn’t like things like school photos because the lighting made my skin stand out, and even though I tried to act unbothered when people commented on it, it made me feel insecure.

On bad days, I could physically feel the spots on my face and some of them hurt, even just lying on a pillow, and I thought about my skin a lot, sometimes convincing myself people were looking at it when they probably weren’t.

I first saw 47 Skin on TikTok and decided to try it, and it ended up helping all round—my skin became clearer, my scarring started to fade, and I stopped overthinking how I looked. Now I feel much more confident day to day, I don’t mind close-up photos, and I can go to the gym without worrying about breaking out.

I stick to a simple routine morning and night, and it’s helped me avoid breakouts and improve my skin over time. I’d tell anyone struggling not to worry too much because no one is focusing on your skin as much as you think, and to find what works for you and not hyper-fixate, because it will get better.
