Clair shares her battle with acne triggered by perimenopause, what she went through and how 47 Skin has helped her.

Hi, my name is Clair. I’m 57 years old and 5 years post menopause and about 10 years post perimenopause. It was around that time that I started experiencing outbreaks on my skin in the form of deep cyst-like spots all over my face.

I couldn't believe I was suffering with acne at my age, as a woman in my mid to late 40s. I used to be in meetings and feel so embarrassed, thinking that people were looking at my spots. I used to cover them up as much as I could, but the more I was covering them up with make-up, the worse they got. It became this vicious cycle. I just found it really soul destroying.
