Even if it’s heart breaking, emotional and difficult, you went on the journey and you got through it. And that’s pretty darn impressive!

Of course, everyone’s journeys with their skin is different, but having spots doesn’t always have to be a completely negative experience. Even if you don’t realise it or you’re in the midst of your spots journey, you are so much stronger and braver than you might think.
