Only products purchased through 47skin.com website can be returned for a refund or exchange.
If you made an error with your purchase 47 Skin will exchange your product for a different product upon return of the original item. The original item must be un-opened and saleable, the consumer is responsible for shipping and additional postage charges.
If you react to the product a refund or exchange is available.
All products must be returned to: 47 Skin Ltd, Unit 19, Malton Road Developments, York, YO32 9TN with a copy of your order confirmation email enclosed. If you are unable to print your order confirmation please include a piece of paper with your order number and name included. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Should a product be damaged during transit 47 Skin will provide an exchange or full refund. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly dispatched products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
In every case original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 of receipt for 47 Skin to issue any refund or exchange. Please email customercare@47skin.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by 47 Skin. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package. 47 Skin will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
We know skincare takes time, so our 47-Day First Try Guarantee lets you try our products for at least 30 days. If you’re not seeing the results you expected, you can request a full refund between day 30 and day 47, no need to send anything back. This applies only to your first order per household.
