Meet Lucy, one of our newest Ambassadors. She has always suffered with acne and blemishes and it always affected her self-confidence.

"I really struggled to find myself pretty because it seemed to be that everyone else was pretty to me because they had clear skin."

She felt like everyone around her was looking at her blemishes, and that it was the first thing people saw when they met her. 

But whenever she told someone that she struggled with her skin, they would always be surprised, saying that they had never even noticed.

"Every time someone said that to me, I always thought, how could you not notice?"

But then she realised something that changed how she felt completely...

She started to think that maybe her acne wasn't as obvious as she first thought and perhaps it wasn't the first thing people saw when they looked at her.

"It's taken me so many years to realise that it's not the first thing people are noticing. People will look at your eyes and your smile to see if you're a pretty person or not."

This is something that has helped Lucy realise that the way she looks isn't just about her skin and that she is beautiful for who she is.

She wants to share this message with you, and everyone out there who is struggling with their skin.

"It's taken me so long to realise I am pretty for who I am. I feel a lot of girls my age would like to hear the message that your skin does not define who you are."
