Hello everybody, I'm Liz and for today's video, I'd like to show you how I use three of my favourite 47 Skin products: the Silver Spray hand sanitiser, Everyday Cleanser and the Anti-blemish & Scar Repair Serum.
I work in a hospital, so after a long day of wearing a medical grade face mask, my skin is in desperate need of some TLC. I've found that wearing a face mask really aggravates the skin around my jaw and cheeks, but I do this routine every night before bed and it really helps to keep those blemishes at bay.
First, I cleanse my hands with the Silver Spray. This cleans my hands and makes sure I'm not adding any more bacteria to my face. (it also keeps my hands super moisturised).
So after pinning my fringe out of the way, I start by washing my face with a simple face wash and water, before using my 47 Skin cleanser. This to make sure my skin is free from make-up and dirt, so these products can really get to work on my skin!
Then, I use my Everyday Cleanser. It's a really rich and creamy consistency, so you only need one pump. I just massage it all over my face in circular motions.
I always work the cleanser into my nose, as I find it's excellent for making my pores look smaller here. I have incredibly open pores on my nose. But this helps to close them, as well as making my face really soft and clean.
Then I use a face cloth with warm water to remove it. Make sure it's not too hot . I did go through a phase when I was a teenager of using the hottest water I could bear on my face because I thought I could burn my spots off! But all it did was make my face even more red and angry, so make sure it's not too hot.
Then I just pat dry my face - never rub as this can aggravate your skin.
Then I go in with 2 pumps of my Anti-blemish & Scar Repair Serum. This is just divine and I think smells like orange blossom. It's so gentle and soothing, which is perfect when you've got a sore acne breakout.
Because the serum is so good, it helps with fine lines as well. So make sure you work it into anywhere that has fine lines as well. I always make sure I work it into my forehead and neck (make sure you don't forget your neck!)
Once I've massaged in my serum, I use my jade roller to really work it into my skin and help plump up any fine lines. When you use a jade roller, you need to roll upwards on any part of your face that you want to lift. So for me that's my forehead. So just roll it up across those areas and use the smaller part for under your eyes.
I hope you found this video and these tips useful. Happy 47 Skin-ing!
