1) Don't squeeze spots (especially under the skin ones or cysts)

2) Don’t pick at scabs

Give your spots time to heal or you will continue to damage your skin, causing scars.

3) Exfoliate and cleanse regularly

  4) Always wear SPF

Sun damage can slow down the healing process and increase the appearance of hyperpigmentation. Keep your skin protected from the sun, especially in the Summer months.
